Wonderful Whims allows you to change the pregnancy duration and set a risk level for pregnancy even when using the woohoo interaction. You might have heard of Wicked Whims before if you’ve downloaded Sims mods, but there’s also a non-explicit version called Wonderful Whims which can be used to enhance a Sim’s pregnancy.
Okay, so the final one on this list is another pretty huge mod that has a lot of features for both pregnancy and relationships. This mod also has a whole bunch of attraction mechanics, but I will leave you to explore that if you are interested! Pregnancies themselves are also explored with much more depth and sensitivity because of new mood swings, cravings and unique emotions. It’s nice to have these options for pregnant Sims and allows for much more complex storylines than the base game. If you like stirring up drama, there are also STDs, paternity testing and teen pregnancy which can all cause a little bit of chaos! Something else I really like about this mod is that it includes alternative methods for getting pregnant such as artificial insemination and surrogacy and also allows Sims to have an abortion if they choose to do so. You can also discuss pregnancy and birth control options with other Sims which adds another layer to the intimacy of relationships and choices in the game. This mod creates really interesting dynamics between family members because you can set a Sims preference for wanting children or not and this preference will have consequences for their relationships and mood. Alright so first up - probably my favourite mod in the list is the Woohoo Wellness and Pregnancy Overhaul mod by Lumpinou.
